释义	nominal interest rate 名目利率；名义利率又称explicit interest rate或money rate of interest，指贷款契约约定或载明的利率，即贷款人按照贷款金额的一定百分比支付利息费用。另外也可表示债券票面记载的利率。由於银行有时要求贷款人回存部分贷款金额，因此产生有效利率(*effective interest rate)不同於名目利率，一般银行的挂牌利率即为名目利率。参见：real interest rate.
