| 释义 | Uniform Law on Bills of Exchange and Promissory Notes 统一汇票暨本票法 系国际联盟(League of Nations)於1930年在日内瓦议定完成的国际规则，并同时决议汇票本票统一公约、解决汇票本票法律抵触事项公约及汇票本票印花税法公约等三项公约。该法全文共计78条，分为上下两篇(title)。上篇为汇票(Bills of Exchange)，共分12章，包括： (1)汇票之发行及其款式(Issue and Form of a Bill of Exchange)； (2)背书(Endorsement)； (3)承兑(Acceptance)； (4)保证(*Aval)； (5)到期日(Maturity)； (6)付款(Payment)； (7)拒绝承兑或拒绝付款之追索权(Recourse for Non-Acceptance or Non-Payment)； (8)参加(Intervention for Honour)； (9)复本与誊本(Parts of a Set and Copies)； (10)变造(Alteration)； (11)诉讼时效(Limitation of Actions)； (12)通则(General Provisions)。下篇为本票(Promissory Notes)，共计四条条文，不分章。其内容部份与我国票据法有关之规定相类似。 |
