陈旧单证
指未在合理期间(*reasonable time)内向银行提示请求押汇、承兑或付款的单证。提单为所有单证中最重要者，如其提示日期距提单发行日期过久，银行认为业经不当的耽搁，即未於合理时间内提示，则该提单称为陈旧提单(*stale B/L)。
