架构型条约；架构型公约
又称accord-cadress，指双方或多方就权利义务於条约中为一般原则性规定，就权利义务内容随时定期的加以补充，或者定期的再检讨补充或修正所制定的协议文件。例如我国与美国签订的「中美贸易及投资架构协定」即是。由於传统的条约方式从起草条约内容、决议、批准、采用迄至生效须经一段非常耗时的冗长手续，无法对应急速的国际贸易或国际环境变化，因此出现新方式的公约或条约。 |
