释义	remarked cargo 备注货物在提单上的备注栏中，记载有关货物、包装或其他缺陷的货物。运送人於收货或装船时，发现货物、包装或其他缺陷时，会在提单备注栏中(remark)记载之，以免负担其责任。若有此类记载的提单称为不洁提单(*unclean bill of lading)，原则上将被拒绝受理。
