air bill of lading
航空提单；空运提单
航空提单有两种，一为由航空公司直接签发的正提单，即air waybill，另一为由航空货运承揽业者(并装业者)签发的分提单，亦即air bill of lading.根据华沙公约的规定，航空提单的主要功用为：
(1)供运送契约之用，
(2)承运货物的凭证，
(3)提领货物的凭证，
(4)处分货物的凭证。提单上应有确定的受货人，并要妥善保管。 |
