Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organizations
(美国)全国认证统计评等机构
简称NRSROs，1975年美国证券管理委员会(*Securities and Exchange Commission)派任Moody's(Moody's Investors Service)、S&P(Standard and Poor's Corporation)及Fitch(Fitch Investors Service)担任NRSROs，并以此三家的评等做为决定证券自营商及经纪商净资本要求的准绳。在1982、1991及1992年，Duff(Duff and Phelps Credit)、IBCA和Thomson(Thomson Bankwatch)陆续被核定为NRSROs.至今，NRSROs标识的机构广受金融主管及民间投资机构的信赖，也成为评等相关法规执行的依据，预计将有更多的债信评等机构申请NRSROs的认证。 |
