释义	blocked account 封锁帐户；冻结帐户又称frozen account，指不准自由移转使用的银行存款帐户。通常系政府在战争或其他非常时期命令本国银行对於非居民帐户(non-resident account)的存款，采取非经核准，不得动用或汇至国外等的管制措施。另外证券交易人若违反(美国)联邦准备理事会规则T(regulation T)的规定时，其在经纪商的帐户会受到冻结的处分，在帐户冻结期间内，无法出售帐户内的证券，直到冻解处分解除。
