consolidated shipment
合并装载；并装运输
又称combined shipment或composite shipment，指将受货人及运往目的均相同而使用二张以上信用状下的货物合并装载而签发一套运送单证的情形。在信用状实务上，於这种情形下签发的运送单证称为combined B/L，由於买方之所以开出两张以上的信用状可能有其特殊原因，因此，若信用状未准许"combined shipment"，而卖方贸然提示"combined documents"时，可能遭拒付。如信用状允许"combined shipment"时，通常在状上有如下的条款："combined shipment to the same destination under various letters of credit issued by the same bank in favor of the same beneficiary is permitted"。 |
