欧洲联贷
指在欧洲通货市场(*Eurocurrency market)中，遇有巨额的贷款时，往往采取的联合贷款方式。此方式是由主办银行(*lead bank)负责筹措资金，因该笔资金过於庞大，所以另须找寻共同经理人(*co-manager)来帮助包销贷款。共同经理人和主办银行分配了各自负担的贷款後，於一个礼拜内将不愿投资的部份销售出去，而後，在这个期间把参加联贷的银行通知借款人，等一切都确定後，由联贷银行和借款人订立贷款契约，借款人便可取得所须的资金。 |
