系货物置於甲板上运载所需的运费率。甲板原本不是装货的地方，但例如火车头等不便装於船舱的货物，乃置於甲板上；因其不占舱位，且甲板货船方多不负损害赔偿责任，故一般其运费率较其他货物为低。
